She was not only very informative and thorough but enthusiastic for me. Other dealers were obviously pushy about getting me to sign but Ami made sure I didn't feel rushed. We loved being able to put our newborn in the car and drive it all afternoon to our parents' to get a good feel of whether or not we would be comfortable in the car. Purchasing a vehicle from Janet Cousins is always a pleasure. I go straight to Janet's office when I purchase a vehicle because I trust her explicitly to recommend a trustworthy, no-nonsense, no-games, sales person. Janet is also most expeditious in obtaining the best possible financing. She is thoroughly conscientious to "cross all the i's and dot all the t's" and was the first person to explain and recommend Gap Insurance to me. Richard Poulos is the kind of sales person that puts customers at ease. He is caring, adept at determing the customer's needs and recommending a suitable vehicle, and is most curteous. He gets the best possible price the first time ensuring that my time is not wasted playing price games. Due to the outstanding service I received last year when I purchased 2 vehicles from Russell Smith Honda, I contacted Janet and Richard last week to inform them that I will be purchasing another vehicle at Russell Smith Honda in the next few weeks. I caused a bit of a problem for them because I had blocked anyone from seeing my credit report and I forgot to clear it before I went done to get the car. Our experience at Russell and Smith Honda has been AMAZING! If I could rate it higher than a 5 I would. My wife and I visited another dealership prior to Russell and Smith, but that is a mistake we wi AMAZING! If I could rate it higher than a 5 I would. Honda could make terrible cars (which of course they don't), and I would still want to go to this dealership simply because of how enjoyable they make car-buying. Our salesman, Jim Bussell, has been incredible! He listened to our needs and what we wanted and never once tried to pressure us or sell us on something we didn't ask for. We never had to haggle over price because he gave us an amazing deal as soon as we sat down. Jim worked hard to get us the best deal on our new car as well as on our trade in. He made us feel as if we were his only customers, even on a really busy day. Jim respected our time, striving to make a potentially lengthy process go as quickly as possible. To top it all off, once the sale was completed, Jim personally scheduled installation of our window tint and leather interior within two days. When he found out there were no loaner cars available, he even drove his own car to get me to and from the dealership! Our car-buying experience has been nothing but positive, and I would certainly recommend this dealership and Jim Bussell to anyone I know. More

The Civic was almost the way I wanted, the deal was okay, Ian Nylander did a good job assisting with picking the right car. His assistant, Denny, was super helpful and friendly. He is not at all flexible with financing options and sells you extended warranty (4 extra years) that does not include many services and parts for an insane price. He does not show you how much it actually costs upfront but cleverly builds it into the monthly payments, so the deal does not look so bad. Overall, I have mixed feelings about this dealership, and the financial person had spoiled my experience big time. I feel bitter and cheated - not the best feelings one should experience leaving the dealership with a new car. More
