Big drop in their quality of service and large increase in cost along with bad items like using a credit card add on fees at a place that charges hundreds to thousands of dollars. Even my friends have stopped going here in favor of big star Honda. I am not a rep of big star, and I am not a fan of any specific dealership. This place just keeps on driving away customers like me, because they think they have a big pot of gold from the medical center people as their customers. Vote with your feet because I have complained and not even the managers listen despite buying my Honda van from them! More
