Very disappointed I scheduled a service on pilot supposed to be 3 hr service 5 hrs later I'm told they are finishing up. This is the place to buy a Honda & have it serviced. You are greeted by every employeed at the business. Noone rushes out to try & sell you a vehicle. Service is top notch, nice waiting area, free wifi as well. I recommend them as another dealer i went to wants to hassle about the price. I don't have time for that. More
My wife and I have bought over 15 Hondas from Russell Honda starting back in the early 80's when we were teenagers. Many from Jo Ann Kita who we dearly love! We have NEVER had any problems with any of the Honda's we have owned until we bought our first Odyssey van. We have owned three Honda Odyssey's since 2006. They all had re-occuring problems, from brakes to transmission, to doors. The 2nd one we owned Russell swapped us out for another one because it was so bad. The last one was a 2010 model that the A/C quit working in the heat of the summer. We took it back twice for that and they kept it for two weeks! We tried to swap it for a Pilot but they would not do it. We recently traded our van for a Toyota Highlander and are DONE with Hondas and Russell Honda. If our business and customer loyalty over all these years is not worth keeping, then it is time to move on. Looks like we will never be a Honda owning family again. More
