Great place to do business! Randy at Russell Chevrolet has been an excellent salesman to work with. When he didn't have what I wanted on the lot, he looked until he came up with Randy at Russell Chevrolet has been an excellent salesman to work with. When he didn't have what I wanted on the lot, he looked until he came up with the exact vehicle that I wanted with all the extras and got it there on his lot within a day or two. We have also been impressed with the rest of the employees there. This is our second vehicle from Russell and if we need another, we will go back again. More

They go out of their way to accommodate me when I have a vehicle that needs service; bringing me home and sometimes even offering a substitute vehicle for me to use while mine is being repaired. The Service Department is fantastic - the gentlemen there care about you as well as your vehicle. Always buy our vehicles there. More

Great service! I took my new Tahoe to the dealership for my first oil change. My daughter and I were greeted with kindness and my truck was taken back to be serviced I took my new Tahoe to the dealership for my first oil change. My daughter and I were greeted with kindness and my truck was taken back to be serviced immediately. We had about a thirty minute wait in the comfortable lounge and were then sent on our way. I am hopeful that all of my future service appointments will be this effortless! More
