Purchased my Jeep from them in 2021. Used their service department for deer damage and had to take my car back after the repair for an issue they knew they didn’t fix correctly and sent Used their service department for deer damage and had to take my car back after the repair for an issue they knew they didn’t fix correctly and sent me home with anyway. Decided to give them another chance when my AC went out. Of course paid an obscene amount of labor cost but noticed a bolt and two plastic console covers laying on the floor of the back seats when I got home. Attention to detail and completing the job correctly the first time would keep my loyalty to the dealership but that’s not the case here. I’ll be using other service shops in the future. More
