Their repair department lies & tries to scam their customers! Said my tire could not be repaired, wanted me to buy a $200 tire for a very old/high mileage vehicle. I went somewhere else & it was repai customers! Said my tire could not be repaired, wanted me to buy a $200 tire for a very old/high mileage vehicle. I went somewhere else & it was repairable. They repaired it. Other place also repaired it for 1/2 the price then Russ would have charged if they would have done the repair. More
