Poor customer service Recall repair went well was completed ahead of time. I go to pick up the vehicle keys and I'm told by the young lady at the cash office to sign this Recall repair went well was completed ahead of time. I go to pick up the vehicle keys and I'm told by the young lady at the cash office to sign this document but not read it! It is company policy! Really. What kind of shenanigans is Russ Darrow trying to pull. Does not make me want to go back. More

Tire pressure help Each and every time I have come in to the service department at Russ Darrow in West bend they have been more than helpful. I called yesterday to see Each and every time I have come in to the service department at Russ Darrow in West bend they have been more than helpful. I called yesterday to see if I could come in to have the tire pressure checked - they told me to come in and 15 minutes later I was back on the road! Very helpful and always friendly - Thank you!! Service I recently switched to this dealership to service my van because of the proximity of the dealership. I brought my vehicle in and told them what was w I recently switched to this dealership to service my van because of the proximity of the dealership. I brought my vehicle in and told them what was wrong and what needed to be fixed but yet was still charged in excess of $100 for diagnostics. They further charged me two hours shop labor time for a job which takes 10 minutes to complete (I've done the job myself before). It's one thing to make money for the services you provide (and I did not expect to walk away not paying anything), but it's another thing when you take advantage of the customer and charge them excessively. I will NOT be going back to this dealership for service or to purchase my upcoming vehicle. More
