Disappointed Get a 9500 mile service oil change and inspection for anymaintenance needed was just fine, but upon request at time of service to get an upgrade on Get a 9500 mile service oil change and inspection for anymaintenance needed was just fine, but upon request at time of service to get an upgrade on Titan Xd lockable tailgate upgrade and would happily pay for it the service department failed to get back to me. So if you want service done dealership is just ok, but want to get more to upgrade your vehicle choose a different dealership that actually cares about what the customer wants. More
