service department will damage your car and blame you! i brought my car in for a few safety recalls and the service department damage another part and and blamed me wanting me to pay for the repairs which i brought my car in for a few safety recalls and the service department damage another part and and blamed me wanting me to pay for the repairs which was not fair! so be careful check you car as best you can before using this repair service because it may cost you more in the future. This place will never touch my car again. please remember you have been warned! More

Despite issues GREAT people! After purchasing a 2010 Acura TL used from this dealership I’ve had a lot of issues with the car it’s self. Dispite being let down by the vehicle which we all know sometimes that happens the people here at Nissan always takes care of me and they are always friendly. They’ve also have looked into my best interest and are possibly looking at a trade in for a different vehicle due to the continuous issues with the used vehicle. More

New Tires and general maintenance service I recently purchased replacement tires for my 2005 Lexus. I was not satisfied with the tires performance. Tyler, service manager, worked with me with I recently purchased replacement tires for my 2005 Lexus. I was not satisfied with the tires performance. Tyler, service manager, worked with me with great cooperation trying to make the tires acceptable. Tyler was very concerned with my satisfaction and continued to be patient and willing to work on the issue. After several attempts to get the tires balanced, so they would perform without vibration, Tyler offered to replace the tires with another brand. He would not accept my participation in any additional cost. This switch in tires solved the problem. I'm very grateful for the manner in which this dealership, and Tyler, handled my situation. I take my Nissan and my Lexus here for routine service and have always been very pleased with the personal and professional way they provide service. My sincere thanks to Tyler and his staff for their support. Everyone I have met at this dealership, including Melanie, has been very pleasant and eager to help make my visits a positive experience.
