Fast and courteous and thorough This was my first visit to Nissan of West Bend. I had made an appointment earlier the same day. The service advisor was knowledgeable and courteous This was my first visit to Nissan of West Bend. I had made an appointment earlier the same day. The service advisor was knowledgeable and courteous to his co-workers who had their various roles. I was directed to a clean waiting area where I went to read a book. Someone came out and showed me how to operate the fancy coffee machine. After a half hour or so another person came out and explained the work performed and how it was billed. I came in with an online coupon which they applied. There was no attempt to over-sell, but the advisor suggested what might need attention on my next visit. Then I paid the cashier, walked over to the heated area where the vehicle was waiting (it was minus 7 degrees outside). They raised the door for me and off I drove. Altogether a good experience! Excellent service I brought my vehicle here because I was having transmission issues. The service manager called my aftermarket warranty company to get everything cover I brought my vehicle here because I was having transmission issues. The service manager called my aftermarket warranty company to get everything covered. I didnt have to do it myself which other dealers told me I had to. I brought my car back and was put in a rental right away. I was able to pick my car up the next day! I couldnt believe how quick and efficient the whole process was! Everyone was was friendly and so accommodating! My car is like brand new now! Thank you guys so much! More
