Salesman Tim Lewis was friendly and personal until I told him I'd think things over and possibly return later regarding a new car purchase. After that, his demeanor changed and he became cold and even a bit him I'd think things over and possibly return later regarding a new car purchase. Nonetheless, I returned the following business day to sign the paperwork and take ownership, even though he tried forcing an additional $499 mandatory "etching fee" onto the invoice. After the sale, he essentially tried bribing me with a free car wash and a full tank of gas in exchange for a favorable review, stating that I'd be invited back in a couple weeks to complete a survey and then receive the freebies. I explained to him that I'd pay for my own gas and car wash but would gladly give an honest straight forward opinion. Needless to say, I never heard anything back from Tim about the survey. The only positive experience I had at Russ Darrow Nissan was with the service department. They were exceptionally polite and professional. More

Communication! When it came to getting my car looked at & fixed, I asked for an estimate with a diagnostic being done. Got a estimate with a guarantee price that shouldn't be more then bargain, but that wasn't the case! Thoe it came down, it makes me wonder after the diagnostic check; if that was even done. Why not call me with any changes or possibly any other problems that needs attention! When I came to pick up my vehicle, the engine light was still on & I kept hearing this rubbing noise coming from the front wheel well somewhere. So after I immediately done a emissions test, I brought back with my results. And there was some mishaps after replacing my transmission. It don't appear that there's a thorough check on my vehicle after the work that's been done after my hard earned spent money! My vehicle is currently there still; I'm over the road working & hoping everything is done & checked thoroughly when I come back &b pick it up! Especially after the phone call I had, telling me it's good to go! More
