I called all around Illinois to find someone to fix my car. I was in need of a EGR valve and this dealer was the only one who had it. They made sure that they kept the valve for me and set me up an appoin car. I was in need of a EGR valve and this dealer was the only one who had it. Not Recommened Bought a used car from them in August for our son. We took it in for an oil change on 11/6/2019 and the engine seized up on 11/9/2019. After the expenses of having the car towed home and then to the dealership, we were informed that Russ Darrow will not take any responsibility for their mistakes.The service manager Marvin Garrison quoted a price of $ 3731 to replace the motor. The General manager Sean Sutton will not get involved to resolve the issue. Do not purchase a car or have your car serviced here! More
