BEWARE! BEWARE! BEWARE! BEWARE! BEWARE !when dealing with this establishment!!!!!! I recently purchased 2 cars from this location. Only to be bombarded with the biggest night BEWARE! BEWARE !when dealing with this establishment!!!!!! I recently purchased 2 cars from this location. Only to be bombarded with the biggest nightmare one could dream of. I have been in the automotive world along time and didn't realize established dealships still lived up to the professional car jippers name. Within 5 miles of test drives on both vehicles numerous issues were apparent they were promised to be handled before delivery.nothing was ever handled. They provided loaners of other cars on there lot only to be surprised with major issues with those. The problem is apparent and simple they buy low condition score cars don't properly safety them. Sell them to consumers with known issues if you do not buy a extended warranty you will be royally screwed. I purchased two cars made it less than 50 miles in both cars when between the two had 5000$ in service repairs thank god I had my warranty and only had $1300 out of pocket expenses that were not covered by warranty. In the meantime the dealer avoids the problem. Also buy a unlimited car wash package they say they put new brakes on but they should save the hassle. They use the cheapest brakes known to man which has the car black and covered in brake dust in less than a take of gas. Keep up the horrible business practices there are numerous nearby dealers that will run you out of business and I'm sure enterprise will enjoy the extra space when your dealership is empty! AGAIN BEWARE save yourself the nightmare and shop elsewhere!! More

once you have problem they don't care i have bought 3 cars at Russ Darrow Mitsubishi Wuakesha in last year and half . First car no problems but second car all sorts of problems . 1ST after driving off lots and buying car i never recieved a phone call from bank so i can make payment so i called bank and was told they had nothing so i call dealership and was told they didn't send in the loan in time and i will have to go back out to Russ darrow and resign thje paperwork . ( How does a dealership make that mistake ) 2nd I went to have a oil change done at Russ darrow Mitsubishi and after a week of driving the whole car was shaking and i drive to the next mechanic and was told who ever rotated the tires didn't tighten the nut .( glad i was driving side street or i wouldn't be writing this . ( was given a free oil change ) was looking for another car for my son and thought i would try again and so far ok but just recently i was wondering why i didn't get my emision notice in mail so i looked up licence plate at the DMV and nothing came up . i .called the dealership and was told they wouls work on it so i waited a week and called back and said they talked to them and it will be taken care of but i couldn't wait anymore so i called and took care of it myself i had to pay this years rennewal and last year the they should of paid we i took the car so i called them and was told someone will call me and of course nobody did . I was driving a car for a whole year and it the licence number was never registered . ( never heard from them again) after your drive off lot and you have problems that they cause they don't care. If you need a car go to a different dealship or go right down the street to Russ Darrow KIa at least there's a chance they will take better care of you More
