Issue resolution. Came into the service center with 2 issues. The first was a possible problem with the battery that wasn't even 3 years old. They tested the battery and charging system (several time) and it came back with the same result each time, that the battery was fine. The second issue was a problem with the brakes, and after examination, they found that one of the rotors had frozen up, there was a weak hose, and the rest of the brakes also needed work. They put together the best package that they could for this senior citizen, and I will be returning on 8/29 to have them repair the brakes. More

Average I didn't expect to have as many problems as I did seeing as they are one of the top dealers. Maybe it's because I bought a used car, but I would not r I didn't expect to have as many problems as I did seeing as they are one of the top dealers. Maybe it's because I bought a used car, but I would not recommend going to this dealer. The salesperson didn't have answers to the majority of my questions, I had to ask the finance manager. He was the only person that seemed to know what was going on. The car wasn't as clean as it should have been and I wondered if a mechanic even looked at the vehicle. The air filters were in need of replacing and the tire pressure was way off. They do not offer any used car warranty so I was second guessing my purchase but this was the only make/model in the area so I went with it and purchased a warranty. More
