I used the text feature to reach the advisor who finally responded nearly two hours after I arrived. The service advisors need to do a better job with progress communication, especially when you have people waiting. After the fact I find out the took time to get a body shop estimate and wash, neither of which I asked for. More

Service Disappointment. I had a appointment for an oil change. I pulled into the garage. No one greeted me or even made eye contact. I jumped out the vehicle and approached a I had a appointment for an oil change. I pulled into the garage. No one greeted me or even made eye contact. I jumped out the vehicle and approached a young lady at a desk. She pointed to the right and said"one of those guys can help you!" I approached a booth and the older gentleman stated that there was 4 people ahead of me. I reminded him i had an 4pm appointment. He shrugged his shoulders. 2 hours later... the service was done. The young man open the door and pointed to the car" you are all set!" making me walk across the lot in below zero weather. The car had a musty smell and the steering wheel had an oil substance on it. I felt like the staff was cold and not very friendly. Not a way to treat someone that bought an $ 30,000.00 car. off your lot. More
