Two major Jeep repair incidences Son had two major repair incidences within a 3 week span. Russ Darrow was terrific! Worst service experience ever! 5 days ago I made an appointment for some basic service stuff (oil change) and one larger issue (blown speaker). While speaking with a service associa 5 days ago I made an appointment for some basic service stuff (oil change) and one larger issue (blown speaker). While speaking with a service associate I explained the issue with the speaker, which one it was and asked that they have the part ready. Well in the end it took over 4HOURS to be told that the speaker was blown and that they didn't have the part! They are now ordering the part and in just two more weeks and another 3 or 4 hour wait it will be fixed. More

Spoke to the manager on Monday and I was supposed to get a call on Tuesday about the issue and I did not receive a call back. I would never buy a car from a dealership that has a service department that doesn't even take car of the vehicles or provide good customer service. Bad experience and bad service. More
worse after repair took car into shop as my “regular” mechanic indicated need to go to a specific dealership that could handle a jeep Mechanical issue and told us that took car into shop as my “regular” mechanic indicated need to go to a specific dealership that could handle a jeep Mechanical issue and told us that he thought it had to do with the PCM/computer/throttlebody. The car has an interlock device which created problems for the team working on the car although we made every effort to make the owner of the car available to come down and start when needed. dealt with John who I thought was the service manager, Who reported that Brian was making the repairs. They kept the car for several days and at one point purchase a used throttlebody to replace the current throttlebody something he never discussed with me as I would have purchased a new one for $100 more. I was never given an estimate but was called when the first used throttlebody didn’t work and second throttlebody was purchased and again wasn’t offered to purchase a new throttlebody. Long story short on the fifth or sixth day they said they did everything they could and they were limited because of the interlock so we pick the car up paid over 1300 almost $1400 and the car shook violently after driving for approximately 5 miles and then stalled and needed to be towed. still need to have it repaired and am completely out the money that I paid them. The car is definitely in worse shape now than it was when we first took it in! More
