Poor Customer Service This dealership had my car for 2 days no one called. I had to call them to see what was going on with my car. After the work was agreed on, I waited This dealership had my car for 2 days no one called. I had to call them to see what was going on with my car. After the work was agreed on, I waited all day for the call letting me know my car was ready. No one called. When I called I was told by the cashier my car was ready, everyone in the service department was gone for the day (6pm on a friday). Was unable to discuss what was done. I will NEVER, EVER return to this place!! Not to mention the first service advisor wad so rude I had to ask to speak to the manager and was assigned a different one. More

Great sevice I took my car to two different dealerships to have my car worked on before going to Darrow both Griffin and Hobbs were unable to fix it . He made my first experience with Russ Darrow a very pleasant one. He's a definitely a keeper! On a separate note, I did find the idea of paying separate diagnostic fees ($115 for each of two potential repair issues) a bit steep. Drew was careful to explain that if I opted to have the work done, the diagnostic fees would be applied to the total maintenance cost, but I just couldn't justify committing to $230 on repairs that might've exceeded what I was willing to invest in an older vehicle that is rapidly approaching trade-in time. It seems that, at $115, a single diagnostic fee might've been a bit more reasonable. More

He was working with a customer on her vehicle. Once he was finished talking with her he left the area and never moved her vehicle forward. Another gentleman saw me waiting and took the initiative to get someone to move it. Once inside Clemon took over He did a fantastic job of getting my Jeep serviced.
