Oil Change I pulled in to get an oil look change, I purchased my vehicle at the same dealership. They weren't busy, pulled right in, left my car with Andrew and headed into the waiting room, he said he would come and get me when the service was completed. 75 minutes later I walked into the service bay, no sight of Andrew so I asked someone else to look into the status of my vehicle. Then I noticed it parked outside, done and ready. Then Andrew showed up, he said something about being out on a "test drive," sorry... An oil change when they're not busy should have taken a lot less time. I felt like Andrew had forgotten about me. More

I did not want to be a pest so I waited and then I got a terse phone call, from Adam,saying if I don’t pick up my car, RD WILL start charging me for the rental car. Not once did I revive A xxu call telling me about the progress of my car...very frustrating More

I had to ask for help. I guess being AFRICAN AMERICAN you are treated different; all other customers(white) serviced the way a CUSTOMER is suppose to be treated. Waited 3hours with not 1 update or inform me on the wait. It's sad that this company only see $$ signs and only make sure CAUCASIAN customers are treated fairly. I give 2 stars for customer service because the black employees were helpful. Will never recommend or purchase a vehicle here again. More
Poor Service Advisor My low mileage car had to be towed to the dealership after leaving me stranded Tuesday night. Since it was towed in and the key didn’t have a tag the My low mileage car had to be towed to the dealership after leaving me stranded Tuesday night. Since it was towed in and the key didn’t have a tag they had trouble finding my car. It took all morning to complete the service order even though I told him it was likely a bad alternator. Told it wouldn’t be repaired that day but probably the next. The next morning it was confirmed it was indeed the alternator but then told it might not be until Saturday to get fixed. They were backed up and needed to order the part. This is a very easily obtainable part. I was later told by management that the schedule was wide open. After complaining it was fixed by 11:15 am. More
