When I objected he told me they could put the car back together and I could come get it. In addition, this dealership put a engine in my car in 2016. (Which is the reason I brought back) The warranty was 3 years/100,000 miles. They still charged to replace the fuel injectors. More

I used the text feature to reach the advisor who finally responded nearly two hours after I arrived. The service advisors need to do a better job with progress communication, especially when you have people waiting. After the fact I find out the took time to get a body shop estimate and wash, neither of which I asked for. More
