Marginal Service appointment was smooth. Service arrival was smooth. The service work was marginal. I came in for recall work. I picked up my vehicle only to r Service appointment was smooth. Service arrival was smooth. The service work was marginal. I came in for recall work. I picked up my vehicle only to return two days later for the same issue except now I had a warning light on. This issued got resolved but tools were left in my vehicle after service was completed. Recommended Solution: Slow down and cross check your work. Someone needs to be the quality control person to ensure vehicle being returned have been properly serviced. Trust is hard to come by these days. First impressions are valuable for a business. More

Good work, so so customer service. I made an appointment over the phone to get some repairs made that my tire guy recommended. Since my last visit, the moved the dealership and no one I made an appointment over the phone to get some repairs made that my tire guy recommended. Since my last visit, the moved the dealership and no one on the call mentioned that it was a different location. Thank goodness the guy giving me a ride to work called and gave me a heads while I was driving to the dealership at 6:45AM. Was told the part would be in early the next morning and I would have the Jeep back at noon the next day. At 12:30 I called them and was told someone would call me back. I waited 90 minutes, and then got a ride to the dealership. Was told the part was in late and it would be ready by 4pm and I had football tickets in Green Bay that night at 7 and needed to pick someone up on the way. They had to Uber to the dealer so we could make it out on time. A little attention to customer service could have made my experience so much better, it was a hectic process that would’ve been eased by a simple call and and simple heads up that they had moved. More
