Horrible, business practices My whole experience with the service department was exhausting and unbelievable from the start, and reaching out to management and owners was even wor My whole experience with the service department was exhausting and unbelievable from the start, and reaching out to management and owners was even worst. I wouldn't take a crippled abandoned dog to this location for help. My vehicle was in worst shape after the performed their services on it. Three trips later and still having the same issue. My vehicle needed additional repairs because it was obviously damaged during a so called test drive. I reached out to Adam, service Manager...he was aggressive and insulting. I reached out to Chad, saled Manager...Nowhere to be found. I reached out to Karry Games, Sales Mng. Rep. All I gained was a load of unanswered Voic Mails. I reached out to Russell Malcolm Darrow, Carol his assistant said" He gone until next week and I can do anything about it, that's not my area". I spoke with Sally after she avoided returning Mt call Carol tracked her down. Sally said Chad emailed back saying Adam told him I told the inexperienced srevice guy I had previously taken my car for repair at another shop...STOP!! This place is unappreciative of it's customer... y'all done got a little too big to care about your customers. I'm done, will go elsewhere, but still y'all need to fix my car, y'all damaged it!! More
Missing customers are not well informed to make choice decis I was told one, then misdirected, then quoted an amount that had fees I was not aware of. Advised they no longer had the items in stock. Poor Customer Service This dealership had my car for 2 days no one called. I had to call them to see what was going on with my car. After the work was agreed on, I waited This dealership had my car for 2 days no one called. I had to call them to see what was going on with my car. After the work was agreed on, I waited all day for the call letting me know my car was ready. No one called. When I called I was told by the cashier my car was ready, everyone in the service department was gone for the day (6pm on a friday). Was unable to discuss what was done. I will NEVER, EVER return to this place!! Not to mention the first service advisor wad so rude I had to ask to speak to the manager and was assigned a different one. More
