Clem in service was awesome and upfront about wait time and scheduling. Way to go 76th! You made me feel like I mattered. Service after the sale keeps you coming back. I had to ask for help. I guess being AFRICAN AMERICAN you are treated different; all other customers(white) serviced the way a CUSTOMER is suppose to be treated. Waited 3hours with not 1 update or inform me on the wait. It's sad that this company only see $$ signs and only make sure CAUCASIAN customers are treated fairly. I give 2 stars for customer service because the black employees were helpful. Will never recommend or purchase a vehicle here again. More
Poor Service Advisor My low mileage car had to be towed to the dealership after leaving me stranded Tuesday night. Since it was towed in and the key didn’t have a tag the My low mileage car had to be towed to the dealership after leaving me stranded Tuesday night. Since it was towed in and the key didn’t have a tag they had trouble finding my car. It took all morning to complete the service order even though I told him it was likely a bad alternator. Told it wouldn’t be repaired that day but probably the next. The next morning it was confirmed it was indeed the alternator but then told it might not be until Saturday to get fixed. They were backed up and needed to order the part. This is a very easily obtainable part. I was later told by management that the schedule was wide open. After complaining it was fixed by 11:15 am. More

They don’t even know what they are talking about and have you waiting The customer service in the service department is horrible.....always has been. They don’t even know what they are talking about and have you waiting forever before anyone even comes to help you or tells you that someone will be with you. Would not use this dealership if the other Chrysler dealership was so far. I got an oil change and declined the tire rotation with brake inspection. But on the inspection sheet the brakes were checked “green,” so I’m wondering how they were even checked thouroughly without taking the tires off? Also, the engine filter was checked “yellow” but I just had that replaced three weeks ago. Starting to think some of these things aren’t even being checked like they should be and the dealership is just trying to make money or not doing their job at all. Don’t know the names of the service guys who were there when I came in this evening. I’ve only had one, maybe two good experiences when I have come in for service. Where the employees explained everything to me and actually sounded like they knew what they were talking about. More
