Awesome service visit I bought a 2019 Dodge Grand Caravan (at a different dealer) about a month ago, and it started sounding loud so I took it to Russ Darrow and asked them I bought a 2019 Dodge Grand Caravan (at a different dealer) about a month ago, and it started sounding loud so I took it to Russ Darrow and asked them to check the exhaust system. They called me promptly to tell me that the exhaust was fine but they heard noises in the engine so they were going to replace some of those parts. They informed me that everything was still under warranty so there would be no charge. They eventually called back to say they would need to keep the van overnight, and I was fine with that, but then they called around 5:00 and said it was done. They said they had about half the engine pulled out to do these repairs. Really nice and friendly folks. I also appreciated that they didn't try to talk down to me or sell me unnecessary services (I'm female) like some places have done. I will definitely return there if I need any additional warranty service done. More

Wort experience of service appointment I took my vehicle in for 4 basic items, oil change , tire rotation and seat issue and field campaign/ recall check. The dealership person , did no I took my vehicle in for 4 basic items, oil change , tire rotation and seat issue and field campaign/ recall check. The dealership person , did not listen to my issue an i signed to have all 4 items address, called at noon told me working on them. Arrived at 5:30 and he told he did not address two of 4 as he was not sure I wanted to have the fixed. Be aware of poor service department at new Russ Darrow, certainly did not live up to top dealer ship as reputation they have. More
