What a pleasant experience from start to finish. What a breathe of fresh air. Amazing pricing, that instead of pushing out budget up. They built everything around our budget and compared to other dealerships truly got the best price. I'd recommend this team to anyone looking. More
Dealer will take advantage at every turn! Turbo engine replaced (not under warranty, because one oil change was done by an unauthorized, but reputable, automotive place. Tried to charge an extra $1000 after signing work contract because the tech couldn't accomplish the task the way he thought he could origionally. Then the car sat for 1 week and when I called to follow up found no one had started work yet. Dealer backed down on the extra charge eventually and replaced at origional price. Less then a year later... the turbo went. Said to have been a defect. Replaced under warranty at that time. Spoke to two other automotive places who told me to watch out! This is how alot of people get taken advantage of and if its done incorrectly you could get metal shavings in the engine. Less then a year again and the second turbo is having an issue in the time frame of one oil change. Dealership had the car 2 weeks and said they'd only replace it again if I put in a new dealer engine! It was the result of "sludge in the engine". Interestingly enough, the paper work says they found metal shavings... that was never brought up over the phone! How did those get there I wonder. Dealer offered a new car at employee pricing. Instead how about honesty and accountability? Will not purchase from an Russ Darrow dealership. Next stop... call attorney back then Russ Darrow corporate. More

Great customer service! I liked the fact that when we came in Brian the sales manager , was right there to introduce us to Kevin Knapp who is a friendly, informative salesman I liked the fact that when we came in Brian the sales manager , was right there to introduce us to Kevin Knapp who is a friendly, informative salesman. They both explained the Mazda driving experience and how it fit you to the car. Next we told them our budget; it turned out to have AWD to tow a small boat we needed the touring model with the 2.5 L engine. great suggestion! Yes it cost more but they offered to finance a portion of it to make a good decision for the future rather than let us buy the wrong vehicle for us. And as bonus the vehicle was a pre certified Mazda with an extend power train warranty! If you need a sporty SUV try a CX5 and you will not be disappointed. More

My sales rep, Eugene was a genuinely nice guy who kept within my budget and never tried to upsell me. GM Adam O'Brian even got me some upgrades I wasn't expecting in my budget and was wonderful to work with. The evening topper was Julie Kiedrowski, the financial goddess who put all the pieces together. I drove home in the car of my dreams and even the color I was hoping to get. All around a great experience. More
Terrible Car buying experience I will spare you all of our full story, but it was a terrible experience. After explaining to the sales person we wanted no protection package, no war I will spare you all of our full story, but it was a terrible experience. After explaining to the sales person we wanted no protection package, no warranty, and no additional add ons, the "Floater" Finance guy snuck it all into our paperwork and made us purchase it anyway. We were sent home with our paperwork and upon reviewing them, we realized that documents were included that were not even signed by us! They had a different persons name, information, and signature on them. That is how they got us to "buy" something we didn't want. It took 4 more trips to the dealership at 2 hours a piece and a round of them losing our paperwork....to FINALLY get everything in order, cancel all the packages they included without our knowledge, and to refinance the car. There is a lot more to this story that I haven't included but you get the idea. Stay away unless you feel like getting scammed and wasting incredible amounts of time sitting in their lobby. More
