Although my sales experience was not good, the service center is great. Nice clean waiting room with a host/hostess. They sometimes send me a video over text showing my car while it's up on the lift and showing me any potential issues, which Iove. I worked with Leah for this particular service and she was great. I am currently leasing, but when this is up I would consider buying/leasing from them again, solely based on service. Hopefully they have some new sales people by then. More

On October 25, 2021, I went to Russ Darrow Mazda for an oil change and tire rotation. I chose to wait at the dealership, expecting a 30-40 minute wait. The wait was 90 minutes. I complained to the dealersh oil change and tire rotation. I chose to wait at the dealership, expecting a 30-40 minute wait. The wait was 90 minutes. I complained to the dealership manager who expressed concern, said he would look into it, took down my name, and said he would get back to me. I have not heard back. On a positive note, after checking tire wear, the service staff said I did not need a tire rotation, thus saving me a few dollars. More

Pablo (Service Manager) and Jeff Mat 2014 car or newer, we dont want to waste our time talking with you!! If you do drive a newer car, dont worry! Pablo (Service Manager) and Jeff Matthews (General Manager) will make sure to take "good care of you." They wont call you to update you on your vehicle's service - they can't waste their time doing that. Instead, when they do call, they will let you know that they added on services and items without even notifying you! Isn't that great?! Don't worry though...they will at least treat you better than they do to those disgusting, pathetic people who drive an older car. Can't believe those people can think that this "esteemed" dealership would waste their time with you and your garbage car....at least that is what it will feel like if you go to Russ Darrow Mazda. Take the time to drive to Gordie Boucher in Janesville where they at least treat you with respect, dignity, and treat you like a paying customer and not an inconvenience. Can't believe people still give this place business More
