This dealership HAD been great for 5 years. Something is “off” now. Way off! Appointment times mean nothing. I made an appointment for an oil change and check engine sound several weeks ahead of time. Three “off” now. Way off! Appointment times mean nothing. I made an appointment for an oil change and check engine sound several weeks ahead of time. Three days after my appointment, the car was first looked at. The service agent did not ever call to update us on the progress. The explanations for the car not being serviced varied. It was a full month before I got my car back. Russ Darrow Dealership, in spite of their ads and phone recordings, refused to provide a loaner or assist with car rental expenses. The service manager refused to take or return our call. Instead we were again directed to call Kia directly. We had already done that. More

I am really thankful for the assistance that I received this past weekend. I was there for one thing but also got other questions answered as well. Overall this location has ALWAYS made me feel good about this past weekend. I was there for one thing but also got other questions answered as well. Communication was atrocious. After bringing in my car when it had broken down on the highway, I was told it would be a few days before they could look at it. After 6 whole days, I had to call them to ask when it had broken down on the highway, I was told it would be a few days before they could look at it. After 6 whole days, I had to call them to ask if there was any update, and was then told I would receive a call tomorrow. I never got a call, so I called again, and was told I’d get an update the NEXT day. This happened 3 days in a row, and I was the one who called them every single time. Even after they had found the problem with my car, I had to pry and complain until the service manager gave me an update. I was without a car for 2 full weeks and was never offered a loaner car or any sort of assistance whatsoever. More
