Oil change Had my oil changed at Russ Darrow Kia for the second time. It was a very good deal for $15.95 because of the mailer coupon I received. The only downside was the nearly one-hour wait....but, even that wasn't so bad because of the clean and roomy waiting area with a tv, wifi and vending machines. I will continue to have my oil changes done there and will recommend them to others. More

Stopped in the dealership on 8/2 to determine whether we could use a "maintenance/care" coupon from last year. Philip took the time to explain to us that the squealing of the brakes was normal and why that was so. He said that in addition to the oil change and other checks that they would inspect the brakes to make sure that they were OK. I just want to say that this whole experience of purchasing and servicing of our vehicle has been a very gratifying experience. I now know why Russ Darrow dealerships are considered one of the major automotive players in the state of Wisconsin.
