Waited entirely too long for an oil cgabge Took the car in for a prepaid oil change. I should have been in and out in less than an hour. After a 90 minute wait, I finally asked what was taking so long. I was told that they couldn’t find me when the work was complete - even though I was sitting in their waiting area. They also called my cell phone ( which I had NOT given them the number for) but neglected to leave a message. Not happy with the waste of my time. I am assuming that the work was performed adequately, but the customer service was certainly subpar. This extended wait time for basic service has happened before. Unfortunately this is the closest dealership to me and the maintenance is prepaid under the terms of my lease, otherwise I would be going elsewhere for service. More

They are very respectful of my time always on time with service and free car washes! The service staff especially Jim Seif are always willing to answer questions even when they are so busy. The Administration staff is awesome and always dressed professionally not like other dealerships who let their female staff dress like they are streetwalkers. I credit Lynn Seif the office manager with how excellently the staff is trained. She always says hello and is never too busy to talk with me foe s few minutes and she makes sure that I have had a good experience every visit. Thank you! More
