Over all the customer service was great. I brought my car in for routine maintenance on Saturday, March 1st and was asked if I’d like a complementary car wash, I said yes. When I picked up m I brought my car in for routine maintenance on Saturday, March 1st and was asked if I’d like a complementary car wash, I said yes. When I picked up my car, it was not washed. I brought my car in for another issue on March 3rd, that required the dealership to keep it over night, which I was fine with, but my car was dirtier than it was when I brought it in, and with this service (that I paid for) I was asked when I dropped the car off if I’d like a complementary car wash, and said yes. Why do you allow an employee to walk around with a boombox screeching music at 830 in the morning? It was very loud and very disruptive.
