Finance paperwork horrible experience and we put down 90% in cash and wasted 5 hours of our life waiting for them to get the paperwork right and we had an appointment and asked them to have everything ready for when we got there/oil change had to return because of leak or they didn't clean up after changing the oil and it leaked all over our garage floor. Follow-up repair to previous service. I'd had my car in for oil change & tire rotation service on the weekend. Upon leaving, I noticed a vibration through the steering column. I called the next business and took my car in for additional service. Brendon kept me informed on wait time, gave a detailed description of the problem once they diagnosed the issue, and an approximation of how long the repair would take. He apologized for them missing the problem at my initial service visit and explained that the repairs would be done at no additional charge. Since they would need my car for a day or two, he had a rental car ready to go for me - again, at no charge. My car was repaired and ready for pick up by the next day. The staff at Kia of Wauwatosa are always friendly, helpful and provide great service! More

Pleasant Surprize !!!! I have had my Kia Sorrento serviced at Wauwatosa location before and have always been pleased with not only the work but also the helpful friendly sta I have had my Kia Sorrento serviced at Wauwatosa location before and have always been pleased with not only the work but also the helpful friendly staff ! Today really "knocked it out of the park"! To get to the point I had my oil changed 2 days before this appt. at a nationally known muffler repair center and was told not right now but maybe at next oil change I should get a brake job as pads were getting thin . I thought o heck Summers around the corner and there is a $100 coupon for a brake job from Wauwatosa Kia. Made an appointment ,went in signed up to $300 in repairs to cover cost of brakes minus coupon so they would not have to call me while I was in theatre down the street at Mayfair while they did the brakes. Had their shuttle,very quick and friendly driver,take me to Mayfair for movie .Bought ticket sat down to enjoy the show and started watching coming attractions,noticed my phone lighting up and answered( theatre was empty except myself and 1 other couple and movie had not started yet} Kia repair counter guy informed me still had 70% pad left on brakes and would be a waste to fix now. How many repair places with an already signed 300 dollar ok to go ahead with work would have been this honest? Some YES ,the majority would have just put new pads on and charged for it,and a small minority would have charged the 300 and not done anything. Russ Darrow Kia gets an A++ from this guy and the way they handled this tells a lot about this dealership. I will be back and Thank You to Darrow and it's employees More

Friendly on time service They were very friendly and helpful. They estimated about an hour and a half for our service but it only took about 55 minutes. The only problem was They were very friendly and helpful. They estimated about an hour and a half for our service but it only took about 55 minutes. The only problem was that they didn't return some of the settings on the car and they pulled out our Progressive insurance monitor and didn't put it back when finished. A man was also nice enough to remove some of the ice off of the car as their car wash wasn't operating because of the extreme cold. More
