Went in for a recall for my forte, my car was broken into while on the lot. Had insurance pay them to repair the damages. Got the car back and the check engine light comes on for evap leak. I bought a new ga while on the lot. Had insurance pay them to repair the damages. Got the car back and the check engine light comes on for evap leak. I bought a new gas cap and still not fixed. Found they damaged the gas hose doing the recall. Had to pressure them to make it right. Ended up having to put it on myself. While under the car found that they didn't connect other gas lines to charcoal box or connect parking brake cable. Stay away from the service department. I hope I won't have to come back for a 3rd time for something else not being done correctly. UPDATE: I was told that the reason why the cable wasn't attached to the spring loaded parking brake was because "a clip missing". I don't appreciate being lied to instead of taking accountability. I fear for anyone who comes here that doesn't know exactly what they are talking about, because they have no issue lying straight to your face. More

The worst service possible. I needed to get my car in for service and was made to create an appointment via an automated service. I dropped it off the night before only to be to I needed to get my car in for service and was made to create an appointment via an automated service. I dropped it off the night before only to be told the next day that I didn’t have an appointment and that their automated service scheduler wasn’t working. Then they said they wouldn’t be able to provide an update until 2 days later. After I hadn’t heard anything, I called myself to get an update and they reported that they wouldn’t be able to look at it until 4 days from now. They also claimed they didn’t have any rental cars and that I’d have to pay for an enterprise car. I asked them if they’d be able to survive without a car from a Tuesday evening until the following Monday. I didn’t think so. More

Took my Kia soul in for what I wanted to call a "vacation" inspection. I was taking the car on a two week road trip and wanted to be sure everything was in good shape. After talking with the servic "vacation" inspection. I was taking the car on a two week road trip and wanted to be sure everything was in good shape. After talking with the service writers I also purchased a oil change and tire balancing package. They were going to change the oil and balance my tires. Well I saw the oil change get done, but not so sure about the tire balancing. When I got home I noticed that all the wheels still had the original wheel weights, all dirty and crusty. I would have expected the old weights to be remove the wheels balance with new weights installed. Not really sure I received the service I paid for. Which also makes me wonder how good the inspection was. This is the second time I left this dealership with a bad feeling. I will not be back. More
