Purchased a car in February 2024 the entire engine went out 6 months later, went back & forth talking with cooperate, to put fire under the dealership butts because we aren't getting any answers, then fina out 6 months later, went back & forth talking with cooperate, to put fire under the dealership butts because we aren't getting any answers, then finally someone called but now NO ONE HAS CALLED IN WEEKS! Drove their rental for 1 & half months, went to the store & they found us the kia SORENTO (was sceptical at first about the kia brand because of the theft, but was also DESPERATE for a car)..... So now we're getting Still waiting on dealership to contact us about the car we purchased in December but ran into a "possible car jacking" a week after purchasing the Kia Sorento, but NO ONE is trying to rectify this problem of us returning the car to them (just racking up 100s of rejected letters from finance companies) but no communication to possibly purchase another one, although we've talked to them 5 days after buying the car, Steve Garner is a great salesman and did help us to get this car and grateful for him, he helped from the initial beginning but we don't hear from him for weeks I take it that he's the busy man he is and hopefully will hear soon More
