Lacking...a lot! Didn't schedule me for what I needed done (an oil change). Was informed a factory update was needed and told me I would be waiting an hour. We were lead to a very small waiting area where your knees touched your neighbor. I asked for a loaner car so I could get somewhere while I waited. I was told I could rent one. After waiting an hour in the waiting room (watching sales men eye up women patrons), I was told it was still going to be another 45 minutes. I was frustrated and told the staff I needed to find a place to get food. I was then offered a ride from a service they provided. Ugh! Very nice people that I dealt with but needed to know what KIA offers their customers. Compared to other dealerships this place lacks: class from staff, comfort for customers, knowledge of KIA's amenities and listening skills. Now, this is a mouth full from someone who doesn't complain? More
