It took 346 days for my car to be ready from a warranty repair, I got my car back finally and the horn doesn't work and the AC doesn't either. One of my tires also had a side wall bubble. Angela was amazing, understanding, the shopping experience there is they do want you to leave with a vehicle and they'll do whatever they need to to get that a possibility but I felt like all my problems with my vehicle could have been solved with a completed inspection. The service on my Sorrento was great. I did notice when I got into the car that the floor mat was filthy dirty. My wife had to wash the mat as soon as we got home. That was disappointing. Had appointment made through Jacob wanted him to be our representative. Had a young inexperienced person. Started repair and charged us$600and then said they found an additional Robles to the cast of over representative. Had a young inexperienced person.
