I had a 10am appointment. I asked when I made the appointment how long it would take. They said they didn’t know... was a recall, get there person says hour 1/2 to 2 hrs. Had I known I would have been dropped off. 1:15 I go to desk. 1:30 someone comes. My car is not even started. The equipment is not working. What do I WANT TO DO. I wSnt to scream. I took off of work for this. I leave. My car has not even been looked at. All I can say ... REALLY? Were you just gonna leave me sit there all day, I thought you were fixing something. I went home ... thinking xxx just happened? More

Had my oil changed on Saturday. Chuck was very pleasant to work with. I needed some additional work performed and he explained to me exactly what and why it was needed. Very pleased. I went in for a routine oil change and tire rotation. I have owned my Kia for 3 years and have only had it serviced at dealerships. This was the most I’ve paid for that service and the least friendly/profe have owned my Kia for 3 years and have only had it serviced at dealerships. This was the most I’ve paid for that service and the least friendly/professional staff I’ve ever encountered. I like about 3 minutes from this dealership, but will make the drive to Metro Kia for any further appointments. Very disappointing. I also asked and left several messages to speak with a manager regarding my service and have yet to hear anything. More
