Horrible Service. Was told I would only have to wait for a short period of time but I had to wait for over an hour and 40 minutes for my car for a simple oil change. Have been there every month since February for a “bad gas” issue. Also discovered they’ve been telling me I need oil changes every 2k miles. I was told they could do a fuel line cleaning for $99 and a po gas” issue. Also discovered they’ve been telling me I need oil changes every 2k miles. I was told they could do a fuel line cleaning for $99 and a possible diagnostic for $189 but that I would NOT have to pay the $189 since it’s a new car in the first owner it’s under warranty…unless they can see obvious tampering. Never called me to tell me it was ready. The guy that was told to check me out told me my total is $350 which I questioned immediately, in a sing-song voice he called Skylar over (the girl I dealt with when I brought it in & who told me no less than 3x I wouldn’t havent to pay that charge)…. I asked her why I’m being charged when I was told it would be covered by warranty. She replied “there’s no way for us to bill it to warranty because it’s Bad gas”. Essentially F U. I’m livid. Didn’t even get a car wash for my $350, mind you the oil change itself was free. Will not be back, and will be sharing the experience with everyone I can because that Is unacceptable! Never seen Skylar there before she’s clearly new, and has LOTS to learn. Completely taken advantage of. More
The service at this dealership has been extremely disappointing. I have consistently encountered a lack of competence, with staff frequently engaging in unnecessary disputes over trivial matters. The phone system had problems causing me to have call 5 times to get to a service advisor for an appointment. Again for the second time getting my oil change they forgot to check my ties the low air pressure light was on after I got back into my car. The first time I returned and got it done by that nice young lady at the service desk. This past time I said forget it and went on my way. Again it was a Saturday and I was in no hurry. Plus my fluid level was low for my windshield wipers. I did that myself also. I thought it said all levels are checked. Please explain. More
