It took 346 days for my car to be ready from a warranty repair, I got my car back finally and the horn doesn't work and the AC doesn't either. One of my tires also had a side wall bubble. Angela was amazing, understanding, the shopping experience there is they do want you to leave with a vehicle and they'll do whatever they need to to get that a possibility but I felt like all my problems with my vehicle could have been solved with a completed inspection. The service on my Sorrento was great. I did notice when I got into the car that the floor mat was filthy dirty. My wife had to wash the mat as soon as we got home. That was disappointing.
