Saw a car online that had all the options we wanted. Drove 40 minutes to Russ Darrow Kia Waukesha. Told them why we were there & picture of web-site ad. While we waited, here comes the most filthy car on the lot. I looked at sticker and said 'this is NOT the car in ad" he said yes it is, the stock # matches. Well, I wasnt there to buy a 'stock #'. Quickly noticed a few minor scratches or scuffing (new car mind you). After leaving a crying 18 month old at day care & driving 40 minutes I had to voice my disaproval. This car did not have 10miles on it, this thing did not have the tow package, this poopbox did not have the correct price, AND this lemon did Not have a V6 engine -all of which were in the AD. Mistakes are made all the time, but never to this extent. The only feature that was the same was the color - just not enough to sell ME. If I was more skeptical, I would have thought that they just wanted to sell this thing & trying to find a sucker. BEWARE, verify before you go here, make dang sure they have correct car/options & stuff. Miserable day. On the way out I farted - only pleasure I got today.. More

2019 2.0 We bought a Sorento 1.0 in August of 2018, then it was totaled 6 months later when a driver ran a red light. We were happy with 1.0, pleased with how it lived up to it's safety rating, and immediately started looking for 2.0. Rebates were good on the 6 cylinder, allowing up to get the vehicle we really wanted. Russ Darrow Kia Waukesha had exactly what we wanted, and worked with us as we went through the insurance replacement process. Ken, Michael, and Brandon were extremely knowledgeable and personable! Only two small issues - our e-mails went to a junk folder, so there was a "next step" delay, and they really wanted us to take delivery by month end even though the first of the month was better timing for us.
