Easy to work with and almost no pressure ;) I visited several dealerships and found the sales team at Russ Darrow Kia, including Wally, Mike and Kenney to be the easiest to work with. Lacking...a lot! Didn't schedule me for what I needed done (an oil change). Was informed a factory update was needed and told me I would be waiting an hour. We were lead to a very small waiting area where your knees touched your neighbor. I asked for a loaner car so I could get somewhere while I waited. I was told I could rent one. After waiting an hour in the waiting room (watching sales men eye up women patrons), I was told it was still going to be another 45 minutes. I was frustrated and told the staff I needed to find a place to get food. I was then offered a ride from a service they provided. Ugh! Very nice people that I dealt with but needed to know what KIA offers their customers. Compared to other dealerships this place lacks: class from staff, comfort for customers, knowledge of KIA's amenities and listening skills. Now, this is a mouth full from someone who doesn't complain? More
