Horrible Customer Service I called Russ Darrow to quote me on a 2019 Kia Stinger. Spoke with Erica and she said I would get a call back from management that night, no phone ca I called Russ Darrow to quote me on a 2019 Kia Stinger. Spoke with Erica and she said I would get a call back from management that night, no phone call. Days later I called back spoke with another Saleswoman asking for a quote, told again Management would call back, no phone call again! Erica contacted me 3 days later asking me if manager ever contacted me and I said no. Erica said they were "really busy" but I would get a call back by 6pm. 6:45 no call.... I'd say this is absolutely horrible customer service but.that would be an overstatement. I would caution everyone because if this is the initial experience I can imagine how anything further would be purposely ignored. More

Great experience - no game playing. Multi-month search for a new/used vehicle narrowed it down to a Kia Sportage and another compact SUV. Ended up buying a 2019 Certified Previously O Multi-month search for a new/used vehicle narrowed it down to a Kia Sportage and another compact SUV. Ended up buying a 2019 Certified Previously Owned (CPO) Sportage. The ability to get a decent deal for product we wanted and the honest, open and balanced approach to car purchase by our salesman Wally resulted in our return to Russ Darrow Kia after visiting another dealership. Rob, the business manager was friendly, informative and efficient in filing the paperwork-done in less than an hour. They worked with us in doing financing the way WE WANTED, but also offered other alternatives- "whatever was most comfortable for us". Brandon, the GM was supportive of his staff, with all team players checking with us to make sure all questions/concerns were addressed. I hate buying cars, but my spouse and agree this was a great experience. More

Door does not open from inside I own a Kia Sorento 2015 and after few weeks from buying it used from a car dealer, the passenger back door would not from the inside. I researched th I own a Kia Sorento 2015 and after few weeks from buying it used from a car dealer, the passenger back door would not from the inside. I researched the issue on the Internet and found out that this issue is very common for Kia Sorento and that it should really be a recall. Nonetheless, there is not a recall and my car is still under warranty anyway. So, I called the Russ Darrow Kia dealer in Waukesha and explained the situation. The person, at the other end of the line, told me that my Sorento was still under warranty and therefore the task would be done for free. Come the day of the appointment, today, I take my Sorento and sit in the waiting room for two hours; after which the gentlemen came to tell me that they do not have the part and that I would have to come back once they get it. I told the guy that this problem is so common and so talked about on the Internet that all Kia dealer should have the part handy because they get customers, with this problem, all the time. The guy's professional answer was "I have no way to make the part appear right now". Another customer, who heard the conversation, took to the side and told me that if my mileage was close to 6000 miles, they won't tell me that the part is available until I go over the 6000 miles and would need to pay for the repair. Really sad experience!!! Ahmed. More
