Listened to what I wanted! I knew what kind of car I wanted before going to the dealership. When I got there, I was quickly greeted by Rebecca and I explained what I wanted and I knew what kind of car I wanted before going to the dealership. When I got there, I was quickly greeted by Rebecca and I explained what I wanted and she was quick to get the keys and we were in a car test driving within 10 minutes of me being there. I loved the car! It was exactly what I wanted and needed. I told her this is the one and 2 hours later I left with the car of my dreams! The customer service within all departments was amazing and I never felt like we were attacked or pushed to add on anything we didn’t want. Awesome Team! I have always been blessed enough to have a vehicle to get me from point A to B, usually high miles, no heat or air, ya know a beater but I was thankf I have always been blessed enough to have a vehicle to get me from point A to B, usually high miles, no heat or air, ya know a beater but I was thankful to provide what I could to my family. I am again blessed and ecstatic to say I now own my 1st car that is not a beater thanks to Wally, Keegan and Gus. I was not excited for car shopping at all but these guys made it very pleasant, great customer service, listened to my wants, needs. and kept me laughing. The staff is unbelievably great. Felt like I was walking in with a bunch of my relatives. Wally is the man! The other staff there was awesome too, holding conversation, joking around to pass some time before signing, and the finance department made everything easy to understand.
