Very rude internet sales team! Was looking at cars on their website for my mother, in which you are able to share to others which I did with my mom. Got a call from the internet sal Was looking at cars on their website for my mother, in which you are able to share to others which I did with my mom. Got a call from the internet sales team explained its not for me but looking for my mother and info from their site was emailed to her. Sales member then went on to ask my mothers name and to make an appointment for her, I explained I cant do so on my mothers behalf.Sales member was very pushy and rude and wanted my moms information because"that is how she gets paid", I said again no I can speak on behalf of her. Sales member went on to tell "she will let her kids know that because of me she cant feed them". I was also told from the internet sales manager Jamie, not to look if I was buying. If this is how you get treated just for sharing cars on their site from the share button, I would NEVER set foot in this dealership. You have also lost a potential buyer that was interested in a couple cars. Your internet sales teams is HORRIBLE and should take a class in customer service! More
