Rebecca did a nice job of checking the status and letting me know about the order progress. It was September and no sign of delivery so she gave me the option to take the next vehicle they received that closely matched the model I ordered. We had success in late October. To make the sales process easier, we completed most of the work over the phone and email. With a Buck's game to attend at 7pm, I needed the sale to go smoothly. I arrived at 3:30pm and completed the sale with the help of Andrew and Keegan. I was out the door by 5pm. What a refreshing experience compared to the purchase of my husband's car at another dealer. We sat there for over 4 hours while they shuffled us from office to office and tried to sell us a bunch of extra stuff we'll never use. Thanks Russ Darrow Kia for making this a great experience. Shady, dishonest do not go here! Gus the used car manager is shady! My boyfriend and I went in yesterday with an approval for a car loan from his current lender. First do not go here! Gus the used car manager is shady! My boyfriend and I went in yesterday with an approval for a car loan from his current lender. First Gus didn't even acknowledge my boyfriend although they had a few phone conversations and he had an appointment with GUS instead his sales associate Freddie took care of us. The professional thing would have been for Gus to acknowledge and introduce the customer to the sales associate which never happened. Freddie was great and we were ready to close on the car. Gus however refused to deal directly with my boyfriend regarding the car loan and some tweaks we needed. He did talk with the loan officer from my boyfriend's bank told her a price for the trade in and then here's were the problem comes in, he sent paperwork over to the bank with a completely different price, $3k less without any communication saying as much. He in fact told my boyfriend, myself and Freddie that he would stick with the originally agreed upon trade in value for the despite needing brakes put on the car. We were on our way out the door with bill of sale ready to go pick up the check from the bank to complete the sale when my boyfriend's loan officer questioned the trade in value as it was not the agreed on price. When we confronted Gus, there was no sorry, no explanation other than he talked to the general manager and that was all he could give but no update to us??? On there low side the car was worth $2k more than he was quoting. The way he went about this, hoping it wasn't caught was so dishonest. I would never go back to them! More

Awesome vehicle purchase experience! Andrew Drasen, our salesman, was very accommodating. He first sat down with us to find out what vehicle we were interested in. We went out for a test drive in a Kia Optima. Andrew showed us the features of the car. If he did not know answers to our questions, he asked his manager to explain when we returned from the test drive. Neither Andrew or his Manager pressured us. It was totally our decision to purchase the Optima. We are still learning the vehicle, and Andrew continually keeps in touch with us to answer any questions.
