Thanks to Russ Darrow’s Service Advisor Jonathan Taylor, Service Manager Bob Sterling, and KIA itself. A part that had a know issue and just had a recall and then failed shortly after the recall had bee Service Manager Bob Sterling, and KIA itself. A part that had a know issue and just had a recall and then failed shortly after the recall had been done which was reprogramming a logic chip to correct the issue. It had just passed the warranty time frame when the recall came out for the issue. So technically it wasn’t covered. I had contacted KIA Customer Assistance and they contacted Russ Darrow and we were able to issue resolved. We are a Happy Russ Darrow customer along with KIA. We love our KIA Soul it drives smooth, easy to steer, comfortable seats, good sound, heat A/C work great, and has a lot more acceleration than you’d think. You don’t have to beast on the pedal to make it go. We definitely will be buying our next new car from Russ Darrow KIA More
