We went to this dealership to look at a vehicle, called ahead to make sure the vehicle was clean from snow so we could look at the paint and test drive it. Upon arrival, the vehicle was clean up enough to ahead to make sure the vehicle was clean from snow so we could look at the paint and test drive it. Upon arrival, the vehicle was clean up enough to drive and running to warm up. I test drove the vehicle and the wheel began to violently shake above 45mph sure to balancing issues. We declined the vehicle as I'm not buying a car that needs maintenance and the manager, Brandon, began trying to explain the snow in the "wheel wells" (body of the car, not the rotating wheel) can hinder balance issues and it's been a common issue with snow in his 20+ years in the business. He pointed to the snow in the rim of the tire, not the wheel wells, but kept referring to the wheel wells. He was upset I was still declining the vehicle and asked "did you expect us to thaw the vehicle" where I responded "well if it's a common issue in your 20+ years, we did ask you to clean the vehicle enough for a test drive" where he turned his back on me and told me to have a good day, basically kicking me out of the store. For this to be a manager... No KIA for me and no more Russ Darrow. Left a bad taste in the brand and the company! Purchased a vehicle at another location. More

No accidents were disclosed however in the glove box was a receipt for front end damage, tie rod replaced with front end alignment. The rear of the passenger had damage as well. How can any party trust Carfax since it is clearly not accurate in this case. Again, the sales associate was fantastic! More

Kenney gave us a good deal and was really attentive, everything went smoothly on this second car, they gave me a really good offer on trading in my 2008 van with 230k miles on it. They weren't able to remove the rear license plate because some security bolts so I went the day after to remove it myself. Next day, I went to take my license plate, nobody bothered on help or lend me a hand but that wasn't a problem. I also wondered how much they could be able to offer us for the vehicle we bought a year prior. We were just evaluating our possibilities (again, we purchased a brand new car the day before) We were way more cautious and we were only interested on knowing if our trade in and our down payment could get us a real good APR. While we were waiting the sales manager Mark told us that we could get 9k on our trade in and he could get us a 2023 certified car with the same rate and terms of the day before for a real good price. We went by his word, started to work with Kain (really good person to work with, really patient), but here's when things started to go sideways. First they couldn't offer us the same rates for a certified car that was supposed to have 15 miles ONLY. So we were stuck on dealing a brand new car. Then, they valued our trade in way under at 6k, even though we have a extended warranty with the same dealership that they could refund. They only went up to 8k even though they told us after appraisal that they could do 9k. Then they never wrote down the APR we were going to get even thought the manager offered us 6.75% (we were told later that it could vary from 6.75% to 8%). After more negotiation and a couple of hours, and going back and forth to get an amount on our extended warranty refund, they really offered us a great deal. But we needed to sit down on our end to figured out if we could get more money from our side to increase our down payment and lower our monthly payment. That was our only concern, as we already knew the deal was great and we wanted to take it, but we needed to do our math. After explaining this to our seller Kain (again, he had a lot of patience, he was a great dude, and we really appreciate the time he took on trying to explain us all and get us a great deal), his manager Mark sits down with us, starts offering us lower monthly payments, in a real rude way trying to force us to sign something and take the car the same day. At the end, he ended offering us a monthly payment of $289 (we initially wanted to see if we could get a monthly payment of $275), according to him at the same rates an terms, but he was so rude in the process, throwing the pen at us, not letting us speak, roll his eyes at us, and trying to mind trick us about our current car ("this is a new car, it won't get stolen unlike the one you have right now", well, the blame is on you Kia). We understand that these people want to make a sale, but there's no need to be rude and treat us like that, you don't need to throw me your pen to sign like you're tired of me. We ended up walking off from the table. Kain was a really good guy but Mark just blew everything off, we wanted to see if we could get a bigger down payment to make the deal work for us, but now we prefer to keep paying our car. The cherry on top was, when we were already at the car ready to drive home, the same rude manager comes out and tell us to wait for a minute. I wait outside and then he comes and says he can offer us a monthly payment of $300 WHEN HE JUST HAD OFFERED US $289. What kind of selling strategy is that?? Kudos to Kain, Kenney and everyone else. Probably this manager just had a bad day, but it just made us reconsider our interests. More
Xavier was amazing to work with, he made our car buying purchase a breeze. We went to look and came home with a car. We didn’t feel the pressure you normally do when going to a car dealer.
