I had a 10am appointment. I asked when I made the appointment how long it would take. They said they didn’t know... was a recall, get there person says hour 1/2 to 2 hrs. Had I known I would have been dropped off. 1:15 I go to desk. 1:30 someone comes. My car is not even started. The equipment is not working. What do I WANT TO DO. I wSnt to scream. I took off of work for this. I leave. My car has not even been looked at. All I can say ... REALLY? Were you just gonna leave me sit there all day, I thought you were fixing something.
