I have to edit my review, unfortunately. Very shortly after my purchase, I realized that my windshield wipers did not function properly and my backup camera was faulty. I contacted the dealership and they told me to stop by, and they would take care of it. When I arrived, I informed the service tech what my assumption of the problem was. After TWO HOURS of waiting, I get informed that not only will they not fix the camera, it is not covered under the "bumper to bumper" warranty. This is the extended warranty I purchased from them that they had assured me would covery ANYTHING that went wrong with the car. In addition, I was told the wipers work "just fine, you just don't know how to use them." I was so insulted, disappointed, and angry. The service tech then recommended I take it to a Lexus dealership if I felt there was still something wrong, so I did. Lexus promptly told me I do need a new camera at the price of $1100, and the wipers indeed do not function properly due to a missing part at the price of $275 (which is exactly what I told the technician at Russ Darrow was probably wrong before he insulted me.) I get that my car was used, but when I purchase a car from a dealership (as opposed to a private party) I expect a certain level of assurance that it is in working order, especially when it comes to basic operations like windshield wipers. I also expect them to come through on their word that they will take care of the issue, since they sold the car to me with non-working parts. Instead, I was insulted, told "it's a used car and we are a Kia dealership, how are we supposed to know there are missing parts" and, I feel, mislead about the warranty they sold me. I am thoroughly disappointed. I stand by my original statement that Kenny and Brandon made finding my car a great experience, but unfortunately I don't feel like I am being taken care of as a customer since the sale was finalized, despite being told I would be. I definitely won't be a returning customer for Russ Darrow.
