Recall hassle I spoke with Bob on the phone about scheduling my car to be dropped off for a recall repair. He suggested that I not get my car fixed if it didn't fit into my schedule. I asked for a loaner vehicle at no cost for the day to avoid the inconvenience and he became very argumentative and unprofessional in his tone and his message. More
