I worked with Jeff Ruthenberg and he was great! Very patient, listening to what I wanted and what I didn't. Between Jim and Greg, they answered all of my questions and gave me space to decide what was right for me. Today I picked up my new Kia Sorento and I love it! Thank you Jeff dir going through every aspect of the vehicle and making sure I understood what was what and said, if I had any questions to call him or come in and he would go through it with me. Van suprize I was very lucky to stumble across the van I wanted to get for my wife on there website. This was done as I work in Brookfield and really wanted to surprise my wife and make the deal before coming home from work. Jeff and all the staff at Russ Darrow new the situation and worked quickly & diligently to close the deal. Even with all the financing paper work and vehicle prep Jeff had me out the door and back to work in no time (in the new vehicle of coarse). Long story short Jeff showed great care and compassion in helping me get exactly what I wanted! The finance manger Brandon & Erica in service were EXTREMELY kind as well.
