Russ Darrow should in our estimation give Joe a big raise for how he goes about representing Russ Darrow. Dealerships in general have a negative connotation for most people. Joe brings out the best representing Russ Darrow. Something this dealership must acknowledge. A jolly good job, Joe! More

Service was so so Went in for an oil change and they asked if I wanted to rotate my tires. I told the man at the desk “ sure the back tires have bad wear on them.” He s Went in for an oil change and they asked if I wanted to rotate my tires. I told the man at the desk “ sure the back tires have bad wear on them.” He said then it would be good to rotate them. After waiting for an hour or so. They tell me it’s all done. Get my kids loaded up and start to drive off realize my steering wheel is shaking and wasn’t doing it when I brought it in. Took it back and had a different service guy look at it. He said the wear on the back that they rotated to the front was really bad and it they should’ve not been rotated. He said they just need to be replaced. I was already mad and upset. At first they told me to call back the next day and talk to the service manager about a refund. I was getting pretty mad at this point and finally the sales manager came over and helped me. More

They need to be more respectful and DONT wash if you will leave worst dirty and DONT move the controls inside of the vehicle, they also used a dirty clothes to clean inside and the odor was terrible once I got inside of my vehicle. More

Tires I purchased my Kia from Russ Darrow I had 56000 miles and needed new tire when I bought the car it had locking lug nuts. One tire had this lock on so I purchased my Kia from Russ Darrow I had 56000 miles and needed new tire when I bought the car it had locking lug nuts. One tire had this lock on so tight they broke my lug getting it off and charged me an extra $140 to replace even though it was them that put it on too tight. My appt was actually on the east side I assumed it was at the Kia dealer ship on the west. They talked me into getting it done there instead. I was quoted $400 for my tires when I set up my appointment but I had to pay over $640 I will never buy a car from them again and never get repairs done at that facility again. They should have covered breaking the lug screw since they are the ones that put it on. Also I had a coupon for the tire $10 above their cost. She said this gave me an $80 discount but my bill shows I only got a $20 discount. They don’t stand behind even their coupons More

Incomplete service Requested the full detail which includes an interior detail and exterior wax. It was obvious they skipped the wax and tried to tell me they did. I immediately knew it wasn’t waxed as there was still dirt on it that was there when I brought it in. It looked like they just ran it through the wash. Also the water from the rain didn’t bead at all. My other car that I waxed myself two months ago had better beading. Not sure what happened as usually they do a really great job on this. When I did talk to the service rep about it he offered to have it done again which was nice. It wasn’t his fault. I think the service tech just tried to pull a fast one on them. It does suck to have to bring it in again though. More
