Although was without my car 20 days I had a rental could do 2 of my 3 jobs so that's better than nothing. I still want to recover my tow fee from kia but overall I am very satisfied with the service from the dealership. More

I think this is the 2nd time I w Thanks for taking care of me once again as I get near the end of my "coupon book" for oil changes and tire rotation. I think this is the 2nd time I worked with Mr. Joseph Kuckuk and he is very thorough and very patient in explaining things I don't understand. I appreciate his thoroughness especially when I don't always understand the "mechanical stuff". He was even nice enough to answer some questions I had regarding my thoughts about trading in for a new car. Thanks again Joe! However, I should note that while I was waiting I looked at cars on the showroom floor because I am thinking of trading in my 2014 Sportage. I was approached by a young sales person who I dId not care for at all. Not only was he pushy, but he also seemed to dismiss what I wanted and instead tried to tell me what he thought I should want. Not a very good strategy with an I dependent person such as myself. I can't name him because I actually threw his card away and do not want to be contacted by him. In the lot on my way to my car I stopped to look at a "certified" used Kia and Mr. David Leung asked if I had any questions. I did discuss the sales person on the floor, and Mr. Leung was attentive and polite without criticising the gentleman. I was very impressed with his thoughtfulness and his answers to my questions. I left feeling very positive towards this Darrow dealer again and KEPT Mr. Leung's card!!! Thanks again! More
Incompetent Collision Center Employees I brought my car to the collision center for bodywork and to repair damaged side mirror. When I went to pickup the car, the damage was still evident I brought my car to the collision center for bodywork and to repair damaged side mirror. When I went to pickup the car, the damage was still evident under the poorly done new paint job. Plus, they forgot to fix the damaged side mirror. Even the manager said the work was done incorrectly. All the work had to be redone which was a waste of my time. Very bad customer service. They couldn't tell me why the work wasn't completed correctly the first time, but they were quick to try and get my money the first time before even showing me my car. When I emailed the store manager, I got no response. More
