Oil change Came in for a oil change they forgot to reset my oil life. It is a Honda and not a Kia. The process is super easy and I did it myself. As an employee of Bergstrom Chevrolet we would consider this unacceptable. I only brought it in because the oil change was free. Everything else was good. I was in and out with no troubles. More
First Timer This was the first time I needed to take my car in for an oil change. They told me it would be 1 1/2 hours. The gentleman who checked me in was curte This was the first time I needed to take my car in for an oil change. They told me it would be 1 1/2 hours. The gentleman who checked me in was curteous. The waiting area was nice. Plenty of space to sit and snacks to boot. When my vehicle was done, I was retrieved from the waiting room with an apology that it took so long. They are really busy on Saturday mornings. I was quite surprised when I got into my vehicle and there was an empty coffee cup!!!!! That was disturbing. It wasn’t there when I dropped off my vehicle. I don’t drink coffee. Not sure who that the belonged to...the mechanic?? More

Service to smile about I'm from out of town and I had a serious issue with my Optima. Jake the service manager went out of his way to get my car up and running.
