Very fair & friendly I brought my KIA in for limited service. The service attendant quoted me the book rate for the service. Great Detail job/oil change free I went in for a full synthetic oil change. Found out I still had one free from purchase over a year ago...yay! Asked for full wash and vacuum with $2 I went in for a full synthetic oil change. Found out I still had one free from purchase over a year ago...yay! Asked for full wash and vacuum with $20 coupon. Poor customer service I encountered, I assume was a new guy. I forgot his name. His customer service was horrible. Now take it I get free oil changes there all the time. I had told him that I've been coming there and getting free oil changes since I bought the car. So he looks up my information and realizes that I have. He said I purchased a warranty plan. Now that is something I do not recall. So, I ask him if I can see what I purchased. So, I slightly turned the screen. He yells at me and tells me that there was nothing to see. I got upset and was about to curse him out, but I didn't. I got up and went to the waiting area. He was not being professional at all. If I hadn't of got up and left, I don't know what would have happened. This is the second time I was treated poorly at this place. Sometimes when I need my oil changes done, I hate going there. But since it's free, I do. For other services I don't go there. I go some place else to have my vehicle serviced. Plain and simple: POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!! More

Great Service I had a window replacement scheduled thru Insurance and The Glass Company. They were replacing the windshield on site at Russ Darrow Kia. They had to I had a window replacement scheduled thru Insurance and The Glass Company. They were replacing the windshield on site at Russ Darrow Kia. They had to turn it over to Kia Service to get the lane warning indicators recalibrated. The Glass Company was supposed to contact Russ Darrow to set up the calibration after the windshield was installed. Unfortunately that did not happen. The service department had no knowledge or appointment set up. This is where Ben Gaither took over. He went out of his way to contact the glass company plus after the windshield was installed he promptly had my car in a bay to get recalibrated. I could have been told they had no time slots open but Ben worked with me professionally to resolve the issue. I appreciate the service I received from the team at Russ Darrow Kia. More
