Long-time happy customer Service is always excellent. I have been a customer since 2006 when I purchased my Kia Sportage. Always friendly and courteous Brought the vehicle in for a typical oil change and I was reminded to have my tires rotated and they also inspected my brakes and they ended up findin Brought the vehicle in for a typical oil change and I was reminded to have my tires rotated and they also inspected my brakes and they ended up finding out that my cabin filter was dirty so I had that replaced as well over all the time it took was typical, kind of quick. Also told me, yes for a charge I could get synthetic oil. More

Made me wait longer after care was done. I went there to have a headlight replaced, the service advisor told me it would take about an hour to have it done. I was there after working a long I went there to have a headlight replaced, the service advisor told me it would take about an hour to have it done. I was there after working a long night shift, tired, hungry and sleepy. Almost two hours passed but nobody came to update me in my car service. Finally I went to the counter to ask about it and I found out my car was done long ago and my paperwork was just there sitting on the counter but nobody cared to tell me to go home to rest. I won’t be back there again, I was really disappointed with their service. More

I brought it in for service to address a recall issue and they checked and found the tires were wearing unevenly and did an alignment too, and got it all done more quickly than they estimated and for a very reasonable cost. Needed Maintenance, I was given an updated analysis of the potential problems with my vehicle along with a cost estimate. I was also informed that my vehicle had two reca I was given an updated analysis of the potential problems with my vehicle along with a cost estimate. I was also informed that my vehicle had two recall notifications that were also taken care of in a timely fashion. Everything fell into place, cost estimate and timetable. I'm very satisfied with the Russ Darrow team. And wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to friends and family and anyone in between. More

Very friendly staff. I took my KIA in for an oil change. Everything went well, everyone is helpful. Do have some issues, they run the car thru a car wash and it comes ou I took my KIA in for an oil change. Everything went well, everyone is helpful. Do have some issues, they run the car thru a car wash and it comes out more spotty then when it went in, maybe have a spotfree. Also the weather is getting warmer out and after i got back in my car it smelled of body odor and grease. I dont like to complain but my car isnt even a yr old, dont want that smell in my seats. More
