Well, two months later I was back with more issues (unrelated to the initial problem they resolved) and Steve was highly recommended by the service manager Joe (who is also incredible) to work with him. Steve handled my situation with care and transparency, and I wasn't in the best situation financially, but Steve informed me not to worry that his manager can make the impossible possible and so they have! I traded in my old beat up 2017 kia and drove off in a new 2022 Kia GT with little money down and their unwavering support. I highly recommend working with Steve when you come to Russ Darrow Kia.
