I was called to bring my car in for a recall and repair only to find out when I get there that they “might not have” the part needed - despite knowing in advance why I was there. After an “inspection” they only to find out when I get there that they “might not have” the part needed - despite knowing in advance why I was there. After an “inspection” they sure didn’t have the part and now have to bring my car in again for the installation. Very dissatisfied - would have given -5 stars if possible. More
